Details
A calm space for passengers with cognitive and developmental disabilities such as autism, with sensory aids that encourage communication and reduce anxiety. MIA also runs MIAair, a rehearsal of the trip from check-in to boarding for passengers with disabilities, and sends a Hidden Disabilities Sunflower lanyard on request to [email protected] (allow 7 business days in the U.S., 14 outside). The lanyard does not give faster service or a place ahead in queues. To be added to a future MIAair tour, register on the airport's MIAair page.
