From each place's published hours, in MIA local time. Hours change on holidays and at short notice; 220 of 225 listed places publish hours we can read exactly.

MIA lists two 24-hour food outlets before security: Subway by Concourse E and Dunkin’ by Concourse F. Both are on Level 2 of Central Terminal. If you’re past security, the round-the-clock listings are mostly sweets and snacks.

MIA’s shops and restaurants directory lists “Open 24 hours” as daily 12:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. It gives no overnight menu and no stock level for the machines.

Your overnight choices

Where you are MIA’s 24-hour listing What the listing tells you
Before security, Central Terminal Subway by Concourse E Level 2 departures, before security. Its categories include sandwiches, salads and soup.
Before security, Central Terminal Dunkin’ by Concourse F Level 2 departures, before security. Its categories include coffee, breakfast and sandwiches.
Past security, North Terminal D Carlo’s Bake Shop Express vending machine By D-34 on Level 2. MIA lists bakery and grab-and-go snacks.
Past security, Central Terminal G Misha’s Cupcakes and Skittles Remix Both are by G-15. These are dessert and candy choices, not a listed hot meal.
Past security, South Terminal H Carlo’s Bake Shop Express By H-11 on Level 2. MIA lists bakery items and grab snacks.

MIA also lists Carlo’s Bake Shop Express by J-11 for 24 hours, but classifies that location only as a shop. Don’t plan a meal around it without checking what it sells. The D-34 listing identifies a vending machine. MIA doesn’t say whether the other overnight dessert listings use machines or counters.

Before you leave your gate

The sandwich options in the table sit before security, and leaving the secure area means clearing security again for your flight. Check the checkpoint hours and your boarding time first. A 24-hour food listing doesn’t mean your checkpoint stays open all night.

If you can stay where you are, use the table to see whether your concourse has a listed snack. Don’t assume you can reach a different concourse without leaving the secure area. For a connection involving bags or a change of flights, use the connection guide before committing to an out-of-the-way food stop.

Coming from baggage claim, you won’t pass a checkpoint on the way. The directory gives a concourse and level for each outlet, but no door number. If the listing or signs don’t get you there, ask at an airport information counter. MIA publishes no overnight counter hours on its services page.

Places that close for the night

The branch matters. Dunkin’ by D-41 closes at 11 p.m. in MIA’s directory, unlike the one by Concourse F. Starbucks by J-7 also closes at 11 p.m. Café Versailles branches close by 10:45 p.m., including Café Versailles D5, Café Versailles D20 and Café Versailles D44 past security in D.

If you’re waiting for morning, the cafecito comes back first at the Café Versailles in Central Terminal E, whose listing gives a 4 a.m. opening before security. The Dunkin’ by D-41 also opens at 4 a.m., but it’s past security.
